Fix omissions in documentation of the pg_roles view.

Somehow, column rolconfig got removed from the documentation of thepg_roles view in the 9.0 cycle, although the column is actually stillthere. In 9.1, we'd also forgotten to document the rolreplication column.Spotted by Sakamoto Masahiko.
