Revert "Add valgrind suppressions for wcsrtombs optimizations"

This reverts commitd3bbc4b.Per discussion, it's not desirable to add valgrind suppressions foroutside our own code base (e.g. glibc in this case), especially whenthe suppressions may be platform-specific.
