Pgbench Code cleanup 6
In particular:- LastBeginState, pointer -> RetryState, not a pointer- the client random state initialization is with the state intialization, not with the connection- TAP tests: only one initdb, so all tests are in the same file- a clean "Variables" data structure- unnecessary code (set the structure parameters to false after pg_malloc0; set some state parameters to default values after throttling although they have not changed)- add function descriptions1 parentab07a04 commit7140f88
