Another compilation error has surfaced on Ultrix. In spin.c, sem.h must be

included after storage/ipc.h like other similar cases that were changedrecently.This one has popped up during the last few days.My sources are sup'ed today, 13. jan 1996.regardsErik Bertelsen.
