* Make CLUSTER preserve recently-dead tuples per MVCC requirements

* Add SQL99 WITH clause to SELECT

* Add SQL99 WITH RECURSIVE to SELECT

* Add SQL99 WITH RECURSIVE(hierarchical) queriesto SELECT

* Add DEFAULT .. AS OWNER so permission checks are done as the table

owner
