Fix typo in GetRunningTransactionData()

e85662d made GetRunningTransactionData() calculate the oldest runningtransaction id within the current database. However, because of the typo,the new code uses oldestRunningXid instead of oldestDatabaseRunningXidin comparison before updating oldestDatabaseRunningXid.
