Add missing fields to _outConstraint()

As of8977952, check constraints canbe declared invalid. But that patch didn't update _outConstraint() toalso show the relevant struct fields (which were only applicable toforeign keys before that). This currently only affects debuggingoutput, so no impact in practice.
