Correctly initialise shared recoveryLastRecPtr in recovery.

Previously we used ReadRecPtr rather than EndRecPtr, which wasnot a serious error but caused pg_stat_replication to reportincorrect replay_location until at least one WAL record is replayed.Fujii Masao
