Rename of '.part' files should happen sequentially
Currently ARCHIVE backup may fail because of this:
INFO: Wait for WAL segment 000000010000000000000005 to be archivedINFO: PGDATA size: 98MBINFO: Extracting pagemap of changed blocksERROR: Thread [1]: WAL segment "000000010000000000000004" is absent
