Pinax is an open-source platform built on the Django Web Framework. It is an ecosystem of reusable Django apps, themes, and starter project templates.This collection can be found athttp://pinaxproject.com.

symposion is a conference management solution from Eldarion. It was built with the generous support of the Python Software Foundation. Seehttp://eldarion.com/symposion/ for commercial support, customization and hosting.

To installsymposion, run:

pip install symposion

symposion is a Django app. You will need to create a Django project tocustomize and manage your Symposion installation. We have built a basicDjango startproject template that includessymposion (https://github.com/pinax/pinax-project-symposion).
