This PR adds support for synchronizing Google Tasks into vdirsyncer via the Tasks API.
It uses OAuth2 credentials similar to the CalDAV integration.
Tested manually on my setup with multiple task lists.
I'm not a python developer and one of the pre-commit hook does not work for some unknown reason.
I'm not sure about how to test this new storage.
With some discussion, I can probably enhance my job.
