Added bool support to dnn pipeline (CPU, OpenVINO and CUDA pipelines).

Added bool support to these layers(CPU and OpenVINO):

• Equal, Greater, GreaterOrEqual, Less, LessOrEqual
• Not
• And, Or, Xor
• Where

Enabled all the conformance tests for these layers.
