How to reproduce it?

Hello,

I encountered an issue while trying to install Tailwind CSS using the Nuxtr VS Code extension.

Steps to reproduce:

Created a new Nuxt 3 project.
Installed the Nuxtr VS Code extension.
Executed the command Nuxtr:Configure CSS Frameworks -> TailwindCSS from the Command Palette.
Result:

After executing the command, the error message "TailwindCSS installation failed" was displayed.
