Point of concern

In flatpak'd and sandboxed applications, our current chooser for applications (when opening a layer in another program) breaks.

Suggested improvements

Flatpak supports thexdg-desktop portal app chooser specification, which is to my understanding implemented inGtk.AppChooser.

Use that instead of what we're currently doing.
