As a player I want to select my name (and maybe avatar) before joining one room

Acceptance criteria

• On player joining, an overlay will appear with the player name, player avatar (maybe disabled) and room name.

• Room name is prefilled from URL

• NICE: the app remembers a user session, so if the player reloads it can use the same session (or maybe this could be a US by itself).
