• install nodejs by yourself
• install angular cli by yourself
• go get github.com/mikezss/skl-ng-mobile
• cd %gopath%/github.com/mikezss/skl-ng-mobile
• npm install

• ng serve --host 0.0.0.0 --port 4208
• open url(http://localhost:4208/)(replace localhost with your pc ip) in mobile browser(uc/chrome/firefox and so on)
