Thanks, unfortunately we couldn't automate Opera releases yet as there is no machine readable data available for Opera. There is a Wikidata query (https://w.wiki/9iA9) but it doesn't have engine numbers. If you happen to know of a machine readable source, let me know!

My two cents is that the opera and opera android data doesn't provide much value, so I'd vote we deprecate it like with IE. That being said I'm not aware of any machine readable source.
