By adding
numpyandmatplotlibas typing dependencies, this improves the typing. Mainly specifying the data types of arrays can be anything, but will probably be helpful to catch other stuff in the future too.I tried adding
napari, but there are some non trivial Qt based errors that need fixing with that, so I figured it wasn't worth the effort at the moment.
