I think the "moved" part is redundant here. Titles and axis labels will be ignored for legend placement purposes regardless of whether they are in their default positions or moved inside the axes.

I have added „moved“ because these elements are by default and in almost all practical cases not in the data area. Without the addition it may be confusing because people are likely not expecting that they could interfere.
