Bumpspypa/cibuildwheel from 2.12.3 to 2.13.0.

Release notes

Sourced frompypa/cibuildwheel's releases.

v2.13.0

  • ✨ Adds CPython 3.12 support, under the prerelease flagCIBW_PRERELEASE_PYTHONS. This version of cibuildwheel uses 3.12.0b1.

While CPython is in beta, the ABI can change, so your wheels might not be compatible with the final release. For this reason, we don't recommend distributing wheels until RC1, at which point 3.12 will be available in cibuildwheel without the flag. (#1507)

  • ✨ Adds the ability to pass arguments to the container engine when the container is created, using theCIBW_CONTAINER_ENGINE option. (#1499)

Owee, I'm MrMeeseeks, Look at me.

There seem to be a conflict, please backport manually. Here are approximate instructions:

  1. Checkout backport branch and update it.
git checkout v3.7.xgit pull
  1. Cherry pick the first parent branch of the this PR on top of the older branch:
git cherry-pick -x -m1 2f778fda797ba8dcaf021b41137ffc562449b72c
  1. You will likely have some merge/cherry-pick conflict here, fix them and commit:
git commit -am 'Backport PR #26002: Bump pypa/cibuildwheel from 2.12.3 to 2.13.0'
  1. Push to a named branch:
git push YOURFORK v3.7.x:auto-backport-of-pr-26002-on-v3.7.x
  1. Create a PR against branch v3.7.x, I would have named this PR:

"Backport PR#26002 on branch v3.7.x (Bump pypa/cibuildwheel from 2.12.3 to 2.13.0)"

And apply the correct labels and milestones.

Congratulations — you did some good work! Hopefully your backport PR will be tested by the continuous integration and merged soon!

Remember to remove theStill Needs Manual Backport label once the PR gets merged.

If these instructions are inaccurate, feel free tosuggest an improvement.
