PR Summary

Follow on to#23610 to try installing a different font via brew.

The thing to check is that the Noto tests intest_ft2font are not skipped.

This is working now (before we were getting skips on Noto as well. We generate the tests with a traditional Chinese font and the-sc version is a simplified Chinese font.
