Fix the docstring regarding__init__, which was previously
incorrect (pointed out by@jklymak inBuild lognorm/symlognorm from corresponding scales. #16457 (comment)).
It's very long, but I can't really think of a better wording...
Set__signature__ on__init__, for better instrospection.
