Hi,

I am fairly new to Math.Net Numerics and could not find a nice way to remove NaNs (or any other distinct value) from a 2D matrix.
So far my solution is iterating over all the rows and columns, dropping the rows, and paste the values into an array and build
the Matrix from scratch.

Is there a better way to do this?
