MathJax is an open-source JavaScript display engine for LaTeX, MathML, andAsciiMath notation that works in all modern browsers, as well as server-side in node applications. It was designed withthe goal of consolidating the recent advances in web technologies into asingle, definitive, math-on-the-web platform supporting the major browsersand operating systems. It requires no setup on the part of the user (noplugins to download or software to install), so the page author can writeweb documents that include mathematics and be confident that users will beable to view it naturally and easily. Simply include MathJax and somemathematics in a web page, and MathJax does the rest.
Seehttp://www.mathjax.org/ orhttps://github.com/mathjax/MathJax/ for additional details.
The MathJax installation and usage documentation is available in this repository. The documents are alsoavailable on the MathJax web site online athttp://docs.mathjax.org. Please help us improve the documentation! You can use the editor feature on github to simplify this.
The main MathJax website ishttps://www.mathjax.org, and it includesannouncements and other important information. MathJax is maintained anddistributed on GitHub athttps://github.com/mathjax/MathJax, and the source code is housed athttps://github.com/mathjax/MathJax-src.
