You should haveSTM32CubeProg been pre-installed in order to program your T-Motion board or T-Impulse wristband.
PressBOOT button on your T-Motion(or T-Impulse) device, plug it into a PC/laptop USB slot, then release.

- openPOST_S76G sketch fromFile ->Open menu
- SelectTools ->Board ->Nucleo_64
- SelectTools ->Optimize ->Smallest(-Os default)
- SelectTools ->Boardpartnumber ->NucleoL073RZ
- SelectTools ->CRuntimelibrary ->NewlibNano(default)
- SelectTools ->USBspeed(if available) ->Low/FullSpeed
- SelectTools ->USBsupport(if available) ->CDC(generic'Serial'supersedeU(S)ART)
