Add Portuguese translations to CLI, Design and main Lowcoder

Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)

Checklist

• Lint and unit tests pass locally with my changes
• I have added tests that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works
• I have added necessary documentation (if appropriate)
• Any dependent changes have been merged and published in downstream modules

Further comments

This is my first contribution to Open Source software as well as Lowcoder, I believe all the needed changes have been made to include the pt language to options.

I would love some help understanding if the files where the language are listed were updated correctly. I understand that it's not possible to review the translation itself, but hoping for any guidance on the other changes!
