Proposed changes

Generally, Lowcoder App Display need to speed up. The possibilities are amazing, but we all agree, that in terms of app rendering speed we need to improve. These are first steps towards the goal of faster App rendering.

Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)

Checklist

• Lint and unit tests pass locally with my changes
• I have added tests that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works
• I have added necessary documentation (if appropriate)
• Any dependent changes have been merged and published in downstream modules

In this PR, Raheel did work on reducing of re-rendering and shorten the timer to wait between size calculations.
