Current Behavior

When using the PC Navigation App, I see an issue whenpublishing with the setting “Show header in public view” switched off. When I use my App in preview mode everything looks good, meaning that the Navigation menu and loaded App fill the available vertical space completely (but the header still displayed). This is the left situation in the picture below.

However, when Ipublish the same App, then the header is not displayed (as set with the switch) but the vertical window space is not fully used. Actually, it seems that the App has the same vertical size as in preview mode, but because of the hided header there is now a white (unusable!) space at the bottom of the screen. This is the right situation in the picture below.

Expected Behavior

It is expected that the published Navigation Appalways uses the full vertical screen space, also when the header is switched off.

Steps to reproduce

This is easily reproduceable with the following steps:

• Create a new PC Navigation App, with few menu items.
• Make sure that the feature “Show header in public view” is switched off.
• Preview of the App does correctly show the header, with the menu filling the whole vertical space below the header.
• Publish of the App does not show the header (because of switched off), but the menu doesnot fill the full vertical space in the window, while this should be!
