Current Behavior

Minor issue here. If you have a numberic input with 2 decimal places, you won't be able to type in ".01" into it. The decimal key will get eaten.

you can type "0.01" fine.

I think that could be confusing for our end users.

Expected Behavior

Be able to type a decimal "." as the first key into a numeric input

Steps to reproduce

Create a numeric input. Set precision to 2. Try to type a decimal into it
