This PR introduces
setuptools_scmto compute versions for the handcrafted SDK.We don't use
setuptools_scmdirectly in the generated code (that would require changing thepyproject.tomlmustache template; the version parameter is also used in the generated code) but we inject the right version with the following commanduvx --from setuptools-scm python -m setuptools_scm.
