Description

Because this is handled currently inLabApp, it is not run when launching asjupyter notebook. We need to move the logic intoextension.py.

Reproduce

  1. Launch asjupyter notebook.
  2. Go to/lab
  3. Open File menu
  4. Note there is no logout button
