Problem

It is already possible to jump to most recently executed cell, but it is not possible to jump to last modified cell.

Proposed Solution

• Add a command to the command palette allowing to jump to last modified cell (other than the active cell)
• Maybe add a button for the same in the Table of Contents?

Additional context

This was previously requested in a comment in#723:

what would be a great improvement for me would be the jump between last used section, like in chrome tabs or files in editors etc.
