It looks like the copying of the man pages doesn't take--destdir into account.

runhaskell Setup copy --destdir=foo

results in the error:

Copying man page to /usr/share/man/man1Setup: /usr/share/man/man1: permission denied

It ought to copy it toofoo/usr/share/man/man1.
