Documentation suggests that while--bibliography= automatically implies--filter pandoc-citeproc, the more explicit--metadata bibliography= shouldn't automatically imply it.

As of 1.13.1, I get the automatic implication behavior. It's frustrating for those of us who want to specify the bibliography on the command line but are using our own citeproc filters.
