The step by step guide tells to install github-pages gem for a better/identical-to-production way to run Jekyll locally if one also deploys to GitHub Pages. However I am unable to install github-pages gem:github/pages-gem#896

I already made the aforementioned issue to the appropriate repository but I wanna know if someone else trying to build their first blogging site on holidays has seen the same issue on their Windows 🦄 I really like the step-by-step guide btw!
