Based on the possibilities of the DiffUtils itself, the DiffRowGenerator
has been extended to provide the customizing of the underlying
DiffUtils.

Moreover the tagCreator (supplied by oldTag/newTag) is now a BiFunction,
consuming new the type of the processed tag.

Sorry about the late response, but could you explain more explicitly why you are making this change? Could you give me some example where this change is needed?
