This commit fixes warnings produced by the OpenJDK 11 javadoc. Most of them are due to use of the
@authortag in method comments. According tohttps://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/tools/windows/javadoc.html#CHDHJGAH, the@authortag can only appear at the overview, package, class, or interface levels.
