The hard lock prevents this from being co-installed with many otherpackages. For instance, it's preventing it from being included inopenstack (which is on 0.6.2 and working on 1.0.0 now).Signed-off-by: Matthew Thode <mthode@mthode.org>

There is an issue with influxdb 5.3.0 and msgpack that we are avoiding for now (influxdata/influxdb-python#818).When influxdb 5.3.1 becomes available we should switch to it.

Thanks for the fix! +1 on tagging a version. We get constant pip error messages because of the version conflict. |
