hubot scripts for diagnosing hubot

Seesrc/diagnostics.js for full documentation.

Installation

In hubot project repo, run:

npm install hubot-diagnostics --save

Then addhubot-diagnostics to yourexternal-scripts.json:

["hubot-diagnostics"]
