  1. Connect the two 20x40 extrusions with L-brackets.
  2. Assemble the axis as illustrated.
  3. Slide the printed holders over the vertical 20x40 extrusion(and loosely insert the timing belt).
  4. Move the two printed holders as far apart as possible and tighten the screws.
  5. Slide two idlers on T-nuts onto the top slot of the horizontal 20x40 extrusion.

  1. Put a EuroCent coin in the bottom of the lower ball bearing holder.
  2. Squeze the ball bearing into the holder.
  3. Attach two T-nuts with screws and washers.
  4. Put the pulley loosely onto the threaded rod and insert them into the ball bearingpulles.
