Was there anything wrong with the old file or were there any changes of the borders? Also maybe we should add some newlines so changing some of the borders does not change the entire file the next time.

I just wanted to refresh the border file as it was already a few years old.

Unfortunately the new border file is still not precise enough in a few places likethis route which should be fully in Germany but shows a country change twice due to the imprecise border:

These issues are likely much more frequent for smaller roads and at some point we should probably extract the real countries polygons to avoid these problems.
