FWIW, one of the snippets tests (undelete table) fails with an internal server error. It's unrelated to this PR (no code changes here), expecially because it also happens on the latest |

Fixes#9617.
This PR fixes the anchors in URLs in external config's docstrings. The links now point to the correct exact location of the relevant configuration field.
