This PR contributes to issue#1508 by adding full type annotations togoogle/auth/transport/_requests_base.py.

✅ Highlights:

  • Applies complete type annotations to the_BaseAuthorizedSession class.
  • Maintains interface parity with sync/async subclasses.
  • Compatible withmypy --strict.
