Added a feature to track the position of the IndicatorView.The change was needed to sync the control up with a scroll view. So with this feature added the user is able to update the scroll view real time by dragging the indicator view, and conforming to the delegate.

Added a feature to track the position of the IndicatorView.
The change was needed to sync the control up with a scroll view. So with this feature added, the user is able to update the scroll view real time by dragging the indicator view, and conforming to the delegate.
This makes the control able to act more like a page control
(Sorry if i did something the wrong way, this is my first PR, so don't be to mad with me)
