This PR updates the VS Code IDE examples in the README to pass environment variables directly via Docker’s-e flag instead of using a separateenv block.
- Replaces separate
envfield with inline-eflags forGITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN(andGITHUB_HOSTin the last example). - Cleans up JSON array formatting for the Docker
runcommands across all VS Code snippets.
