This PR adds three new tools:
list_starred_repositoriesto list all starred repositoriesis_repository_starredto check if a specific repository is starred by the usertoggle_repository_starto enable (un)starring of a specific repositoryThis functionality is really helpful to guide an LLM-Agent to use preferred repositories by the user.
Currently, there is no support for star lists since they are not exposed via the official API, seethis discussion.
