Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the GitHub MCP Server documentation to reflect OAuth support for several IDEs including JetBrains, Xcode, and Eclipse.
- Updates OAuth support status from "PAT only" to "Full (OAuth + PAT)" for JetBrains, Xcode, and Eclipse
- Updates minimum version requirements for these IDEs to support OAuth
- Clarifies authentication capabilities across different host applications
