Describe the bug

Theadd_pull_request_review_comment_to_pending_review tool mention theget_line_number_in_pull_request_file tool to be used to get line number. But this tool does not exists.

Expected vs actual behavior

I expect theget_line_number_in_pull_request_file tool to be shown when listing tools.

One can find that this tool does not exists when querying the list of tools:
