Collect user permissions

I'd like to make a list of all of the repositories where I have access (directly assigned or indirect via a team).
For each repository I would like to see all users that have access and their access level (read, triage, write, maintainer, admin).
It seems the MCP server can not collect the collaborater access information

MCP server needs a function to collect and list the repository collaborator permissions (including teams)
