Describe the bug

Any time I want to search across a reasonably large repository for a concept, it seems like I always run into the above error. The MCP server should have some summarized output or paginated responses for thesearch_code api so as not to overwhelm the context window. In it's current form, seems like exploring the codebase is not possible.
